Instructions for 2010-2011 JCSS Registration:

Please complete all the applicable fields below and hit "submit". If you do not see a confirmation message, you missed one or more required fields, which will be highlighted within a red box.

Note that this form is only for families with children who will be enrolled in the JCSS school this year. Society members (those members with no children who will be enrolled in the school) should follow this link to go to the JCSS Society Registration page.

Fee Structure

Please use the following table to calculate your family's expected fees for this year.

Note that JCSS Membership is tax deductible, but school tuition is not.
We expect 50% to be paid at the time of registration.
The remainder will be due by December 1.
Please contact us if these fees are a hardship for your family.

JCSS Membership is required for all families with children enrolled in the school. This fee is in addition to school tuition.

$750/year

School Tuition for each child in Pre-Alef (1st or 2nd grade)

$390/year

School Tuition for each child in Alef through Hey grades

$780/year

Responsibilities of JCSS Parents

Because JCSS is a cooperative, we want to ensure that all families contribute their time and effort to help the school run smoothly and productively. Low tuition allows us to provide the basics; greater parent participation will allow us to offer an enriched program in many ways. With each family pulling its weight, our children can be assured of a fuller learning experience and parents will enjoy the benefits of a more active involvement in their children's Jewish education.

Accordingly, we expect each family to participate in a minimum of one standing committee and two holiday committees.

In addition, JCSS members are expected to attend a minimum of two members meetings over the course of the school year.
